Policing of Tennis Courts

By Maggie Alsop - Posted on 17 July 2009

These are your courts and you have all paid your membership fee to use and enjoy these excellent facilities.

Summer holidays are upon us so we are likely to see more non members trying to use the courts.

Can I therefore ask you all to assist the Management Team with the policing of these courts?

Can you politely request players to produce their membership card if you are unsure that they are members?

Guests can use the courts on 3 separate occasions but must be accompanied by a member and pay green fees of £2 seniors/£1 juniors.

Please take the green fees from guests and write the guests name/address/contact number/date of visit in the visitors book that can be found in the entrance. If the club house is not open make a note of their details and put through the letter box.

We are working closely with Hessle Police so if you meet any hostility do not pursue but contact Hessle Peeler Police Station on 334874.
